New Winter Skin Saviours

I recently went on a trip to Australia and though I thought I was prepared fully with every bit of skincare you could think of, I was lacking an SPF for my lips. On an Aussy girlfriends recommendation I tried the Lanolips SPF 30 tinted lip balm and I was beyond impressed! The texture was beautifully glossy BUT not sticky and what I loved the most was I didn’t get an allergic reaction (like I do with most lip balms.) I paired it with my Kevyn Aucoin lip liner and it was all I wore on my lips for 3 weeks!

Fast forward to the bitterly cold days we are having this winter and my skin is dehydrated and irritated, my hands are tight and dry and my lips are chapped. So I put in an order to try the Lanolips range! There are amazing reviews online and the brand is so popular with influencers all over the world, and now i’m obsessed with these new winter skin saviours.

Lano uses lanolin as its main ingredient. Lanolin is a naturally derived ingredient that resembles the skins own sebum and so it is absorbed effectively and this is why it can help repair the skin as well as smooth and sooth. Lano has no artificial colours, fragrances, parabens, petrolatum, mineral oil or sulfates.

I tried the Everywhere Multi-Cream as a topical treatment for any dry, flakey bits of eczema (but it can be used literally anyway you need, as a hand cream, night cream body cream and its great on children.) I also needed a new hand cream and the Lano Coconutter Handcream Intense is so silky and hydrating, the coconut fragrance isn’t over powering either! WIN! Finally I bought a flavoured 101 ointment just because I couldn’t resist the peach flavour and it did not disappoint! It truly is a “little tube of magic that can be used 101 different ways.“
